Yes, free cancellation if you contact us at least 24 hours before your slot. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

A group discount applies when renting 8 or more bikes simultaneously. Contact us directly for a quote.

We rent exclusively the Specialized Turbo Levo – one of the world's most advanced mountain e-bikes. Our fleet of 18 includes 6 carbon (S3, S5) and 12 alloy (S2, S3, S4, S5).

With the 700 Wh battery and sensible assistance management, the Turbo Levo covers 60–100 km in mountain terrain. On heavy climbs with maximum assistance, expect 40–60 km.

Yes – a certified helmet is always included. We have helmets in all sizes including children's.

Yes. Hamax (behind the rider) and Shotgun (front mounted) are available for 5 €/day. Children must always wear a helmet.

Yes, the Garmin Edge Explore is available for 10 €/day. We also recommend installing Mapy.cz or Komoot on your phone before riding.

Mýto pod Ďumbierom 154 (at Villa Ďumbierka, gateway to the Low Tatras) and Jozeffyho 39, Tisovec (gateway to Muránska planina NP).

Yes. One-way rental between Tisovec and Mýto is available for an agreed surcharge. Arrange in advance by phone or email.

In Tisovec the minimum is 4 bikes per booking. In Mýto pod Ďumbierom there is no minimum.

Both locations are open year-round, every day from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

In Mýto pod Ďumbierom there is a car park at Villa Ďumbierka. In Tisovec parking is available near Jozeffyho 39.

From Mýto we recommend Mlynná dolina (8–12 km, easy) or Bystrá–Tále (16–22 km, easy–medium). From Tisovec: the short town loop or Zbojská (18 km, easy).

Yes – the Specialized 2.2 motor significantly reduces physical effort on climbs. We recommend easier trails and Turbo assistance mode.

Not for easy trails – after a short briefing anyone can ride an e-bike. For medium and hard trails we recommend basic mountain biking experience.

Yes – before every rental we explain the bike controls, saddle adjustment, assistance modes and basic safe riding principles.

Call us on +421 911 010 484. We'll help remotely or arrange pickup where possible. Common punctures can usually be fixed on the trail.

We recommend only routes on permitted cycling trails and roads. In Low Tatras NP and Muránska planina NP some sections are closed to cyclists – our GPS routes respect this.

E-bikes are splash-resistant (IPX4). After heavy rain forest sections may be slippery – ride with care or choose a shorter asphalt route.

Villa Ďumbierka is a B&B, wellness resort and Ďumbier craft brewery right in Mýto pod Ďumbierom. Our rental is located on site – perfect for guests staying there.

Guests ride at half-day prices for a full day: Alloy 35 €/day (normally 49 €), Carbon 45 €/day (normally 59 €).

Simply show your Villa Ďumbierka accommodation confirmation at pickup. The discount applies throughout your stay.

Yes. Hamax (rear child seat) and Shotgun (front-mounted) are available. We recommend easy trails only for children under 6 years.

Yes – we have children's helmets in various sizes. Helmet is always included in the rental price.

We recommend a minimum age of 16 for solo riding. Younger riders must be accompanied by an adult.

A valid national ID card or passport. No driving licence required.

Late return without prior agreement may incur an hourly surcharge.

No – our e-bikes are not suited for the downhill tracks and pump tracks of Bike Park Mýto pod Ďumbierom. A surcharge of 200 € applies if used there.

Bikes may not be sub-rented, modified or repaired without our consent. Ride on legal trails only.
